We are glad to introduce our fantastic Ravello, Amalfi and wine tour to you.
Our first stop will be in Ravello, which has a dominating position on the hill top and offers spectacular views over the Amalfi Coast.
It's located between the Dragone Valley and the Regina Valley, up a supremely panoramic road.
Ravello has a wealth of art works preserved in numerous ecclesiastical buildings such as the Cathedral of St Pantaleone, the Church of St Martino, the Church of St Angelo and the Church of St Giovanni del Toro.
Additionally, you can visit the Piazza Vescovado, with the Castle ruins, the Cathedral,Villa Cimbrone where you can have a breathtaking view across the Salerno Gulf.
One more place not to be missed is Villa Rufolo where you can find much of Ravello's art with splendid gardens and where numerous musical and cultural events are held, attracting a lot of poets, writers and international jet set.
After that we will move to Amalfi known for the wonderfull cliffs and coastal sceneries.
You can stroll and discover the characteristic shops in the alleyways of the town.
Amalfi is famous because it was one of the four Maritime Republics in Italy (Genova,Pisa, Amalfi, Venezia ).
You will discover Saint Andrew's cathedral a real treasure art pieces of the year 1000 A.D.
You can not miss the visit of The Museum of Handmade Paper located in Mill Valley
The museum contains the machinery and equipment (restored and fully functional) that was once used to manufacture paper by hand
Finally we'll have a palatable wine Tour, where you'll taste the unique flavour of wine and the tipical gastronomic specialities of the territory.
You'll stroll through the vineyards and visit the cellars where authentic red and white wines are produced and are appreciated all over the world.
The vines, that produce the best grapes. are trained on pergolas and are often planted in the vertically rock faces.
Its vinification takes place using the most modern techniques, combining nature and technology.
After the visit you'll continue the tour with the degustation of the tipical food of the Amalfi Coast.
You'll have the opportunity to choice between menus with meats or fish and for every dish you will taste the right wine.
At the end of the tour you will be driven back to the hotel
