This tour offers you an unforgettable trip between culture and flavours of antique traditions of sorrentine peninsula.
The location will be Schiazzano, in a charming place of Massa Lubrense.
The Enogastronomic tour will offer you an unique experience where you will know how mozzarella, pizza and limoncello are made.
The tour takes about 4 hours and starts at 9:00 or 15:00 (last departure)
The enogastronomic tour starts with a visit of the citrus grove where you'll taste the lemon and orange marmalades on homemade bread, fresh lemonade and limoncello with explanation of antique techniques to do it.
Moreover, you will also taste the extravirgin olive oils with basil, origan or rosemary on homemade bread and the well known Provolone del monaco DOP with relevant European brand for high domestic quality IGP (Protective Geographic Indication )
Afterwards you'll visit a biological farm where are produced and breeded: animals, cheese and home grown vegetables, abiding by strict production inspection criteria
Also you'll attend the working process of the fresh cheese such as Caciottine, the braid, the morsels, Caciocavallo and Fior di Latte with the tasting of very good wine.
Finally you'll arrive to the restaurant, located in a beautiful eighteenth-century building
It will be shown the secrets of the pizza, the masterpiece of Neapolitan tradition,that you'll prepare and dress with your favourite ingredients.
At the end in peace and tranquility with a lovely traditional music you will taste your pizza with a good glass of wine.
